Selected Music
The game is set in a vintage style hospital (around the 1940's/1950s) and it is vague if the events that transpire are real or part of the main character's imagination. Although the Soundtrack is sparse, I took inspiration from old Jazz and Atmospheric music.

Main Theme
This track uses a vocal sample that I sliced and rearranged then wrote an accompaniment to match the tone we were aiming for. The Main Menu plays an instrumental version.

Murder Cutscene
A scored cutscene in which the Nurse, the main antagonist of the game, brutally murders another patient.
Chase Scene
An intense chase sequence in which the main character's mental deterioration reaches its boiling point.
Stingers and Sound Design
Due to the nature of the game, conventional music was often not well suited, so I took a more unconventional approach using various layered samples and effects.
Stingers
A couple of the stingers I created for some important/dramatic moments of the game.
Ambient Cues
An ambient track that uses reversed samples from the main theme.
Conclusion
While I was initially unfamiliar with the setting's music, I was able to adapt my composition style into something that suited the game's needs and my sense of discipline grew tremendously as a result.
